Solicitor - Dispute Resolution - Gloucestershire - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a thriving and expanding legal practice in Gloucestershire. This role is ideally suited to a solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE who is looking to build their career within a supportive, collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of contentious matters from instruction through to resolution, working closely with experienced colleagues while developing strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of civil and commercial disputes
  • Advising on landlord and tenant, property and contractual disputes
  • Handling contentious probate and TOLATA matters
  • Supporting business development and networking activities
  • Delivering exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
