Solicitor - Commercial Property - Swansea - 0-2 Years' PQE
Location: Swansea

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 (dependent on experience)

A well established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with up to two years' PQE to join its expanding Commercial Property team in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, collaborative environment, working alongside experienced senior lawyers on a broad range of high quality commercial property matters. The team advises a diverse client base including SMEs, investors, developers, charitable organisations, agricultural businesses and public sector bodies.

The Role

You will work on a varied caseload including commercial property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases and lease renewals, development projects, secured lending and refinancing work, and support on corporate transactions involving property assets. You will manage your own files where appropriate while also assisting senior colleagues on more complex matters. The role offers strong exposure, structured support and genuine opportunities for progression.

Candidate Requirements

This position is suited to a qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years' PQE and experience in commercial property gained through training contract seats or previous employment. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organisation, high attention to detail and a collaborative, approachable working style. A commitment to delivering outstanding client service and a driven, proactive mindset are essential.
