Solicitor - Commercial Property - South Wales - Hybrid
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful and growing real estate team. Based in South Wales, the successful candidate will work alongside experienced property specialists, advising a diverse client base that includes businesses, investors, developers, agricultural enterprises, charities and public sector organisations.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters and is ideally suited to a Solicitor looking to build their expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage their own matters where appropriate while assisting senior colleagues on more complex transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
- Handling landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and renewals.
- Supporting property development and regeneration projects.
- Assisting with secured lending, refinancing and property finance transactions.
- Providing property support on wider corporate and business transactions.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with up to two years' post-qualification experience and some exposure to commercial property work through training contracts or previous roles. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities are essential, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
