Solicitor - Commercial Property - Carmarthen - 0-2 Years' PQE

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 (dependent on experience)
A respected and growing regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with up to two years' PQE to join its well established Commercial Property team in Carmarthen. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced Directors and Associates, gaining exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters while benefiting from structured support, strong mentorship and clear progression pathways.
The Role
You will advise on commercial property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, development transactions, secured lending and refinancing, and property elements of corporate deals. You will manage your own files where appropriate and support senior colleagues on more complex matters. The role offers a varied workload, strong client contact and the chance to develop within a collaborative, high performing team.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years' PQE and experience in commercial property gained through training contract seats or previous roles. You should have strong communication and relationship building skills, excellent organisation, high attention to detail and a supportive, pragmatic approach. A commitment to delivering excellent client service and a desire to progress within a growing team are essential.
