Job title: Senior Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Surrey
Salary: £50,000-£70,000 DOE
PQE Level: 4+ PQE
A well-established Surrey law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and supportive property team.
The role will involve handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership and related transactions. You'll benefit from strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client service and managing your caseload efficiently.
This team is friendly and approachable, has a genuine community focus, a loyal local client base and a flexible, accommodating approach to working arrangements, including hybrid working options.
