Senior Residential Development Lawyer - Bristol (6+ PQE)
Location: Bristol (hybrid working available)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience)
A leading national Residential Development team is seeking a Senior Lawyer (6+ PQE) to join its high profile Living Sector practice in Bristol. The team is one of the largest of its kind in the UK, acting for PLC housebuilders, regional developers, SME builders, registered providers, land promoters and PRS investors on major residential and mixed use development projects.
The Role
You'll be responsible for advising on high value, complex residential development matters, including:
- Conditional and unconditional contracts/transfers
- Option agreements
- Promotion agreements
- Development funding agreements
- Forward commitment and turnkey contracts
- Collaboration agreements
- Residential led mixed use development projects
You will join a national team with exceptional client exposure and panel appointments, working on some of the most significant development schemes in the UK. The role offers outstanding access to strategic land, build to rent, affordable housing and housebuilding work.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 6+ years' PQE in residential development or the wider Living Sector
- Strong experience managing client relationships
- Evidence of managing people and delivering results
- High level of technical knowledge of the UK Living Sector
- Excellent communication, drafting and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a national team
