Senior Property Solicitor - Cotswolds (Chipping Norton)
Location: Chipping Norton (hybrid working available)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)

A progressive and purpose driven law firm is seeking a Senior Property Solicitor to join its growing Residential Property team in the Cotswolds. Due to exceptional demand, the firm is expanding and looking for an experienced conveyancer (5+ PQE) to support high quality residential work from its Chipping Norton office.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied and high quality caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • New build transactions
  • High value and complex residential matters


You will work closely with colleagues across the firm, delivering excellent client service and supporting continued team growth. The role offers genuine opportunities to develop leadership skills and contribute to the wider strategic direction of the Property team.

Hybrid working is available, with two to three days per week in the Chipping Norton office. Candidates ideally located within one hour of the Cotswolds hub are encouraged to apply.

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 5+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical expertise across all core residential property matters
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Ability to manage files independently and efficiently
  • A proactive, collaborative and commercially aware approach
  • Interest in developing leadership skills and contributing to team growth
