An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a growing and ambitious commercial property team. Working on a broad range of lender and borrower matters, you will advise on development finance, investment acquisitions, refinancing transactions, bridging facilities and secured lending work.
This role offers exposure to high-quality transactions, direct client contact and the chance to work closely with experienced senior lawyers while building your own profile in the market. There is a clear pathway for progression, with opportunities to develop leadership skills, supervise junior team members and take on greater responsibility as the team continues to expand.
Ideal candidates will have strong technical ability, commercial awareness and a genuine interest in real estate finance and business development. Competitive salary and benefits package on offer.
