My client, a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm, is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor with strong experience and a proven track record of managing and developing a team. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded regional firm with an established Family practice.
The role offers a varied, high-quality caseload, including divorce and financial claims, private children matters, mediation and complex financial cases for general and high-net-worth clients. You will take an active role in supporting and developing the wider Family team, managing and mentoring lawyers, supporting professional development, setting objectives and contributing to continued growth and performance. You will also receive the tools and backing to engage in business development, networking and client relationship initiatives, helping to grow the team's profile and reputation.
