The team advises on complex matters involving brain injury, catastrophic injury, deputyships, personal injury trusts and wider capacity and welfare issues, working closely with families, professional advisers and litigation teams. The role offers genuine scope to manage a sophisticated caseload while developing your expertise. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, contribute to the team's continued growth, and play an active role in business development and strategy.
