Are you looking to lead on high-profile corporate and M&A work while shaping the future of a growing team? My client, a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm, is seeking a senior corporate lawyer as a key hire into a thriving practice.
You'll advise on the full spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and private equity transactions. Alongside managing quality work for an impressive client base, you'll have the opportunity to lead, develop and grow an established team in your own image, helping to influence its direction and long-term success.
As a senior member of the department, you'll enjoy significant autonomy and responsibility, working closely with different teams on key clients and strategic initiatives. You'll also play a central role in mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating with colleagues across the firm, leveraging referral opportunities to further expand the practice and strengthen client relationships. For the right individual, this role offers excellent long-term prospects, including a clear pathway to partnership.
