Chester or Weston-super-Mare (Hybrid Working)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing and innovative specialist property firm.

This role is ideal for an experienced conveyancer looking to join a modern, technology-driven business that focuses on probate sales, divorce-related transactions, transfers and associated residential property matters. The firm is experiencing significant growth and offers genuine opportunities for career progression, including the potential to be appointed as Deputy HoLP for the right individual.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The caseload will include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Probate-related property transactions
  • Divorce and separation-related property matters
  • Associated residential conveyancing work

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full conveyancing process from instruction to completion
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and legal documentation
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers and solicitors
  • Conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Maintaining accurate and organised case files
  • Keeping clients informed throughout the transaction process
  • Delivering excellent client care, particularly for clients dealing with sensitive personal circumstances

Candidates should be qualified through CLC, CILEX or hold a Law degree with relevant residential conveyancing experience. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach are essential.

This role requires UK-based candidates with proven UK residential conveyancing experience. Applicants must be able to attend the Weston-super-Mare office at least twice per month and travel to Chester for initial training, with expenses covered. A full driving licence and access to transport are essential.
