An established and growing Thames Valley firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its well-regarded property team in a senior capacity.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking to take on a leadership role, playing a key role in mentoring and developing the junior team members while handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property work. The caseload will include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, lease assignments, development projects, and property support on corporate transactions. Experience of planning agreements, including Section 106 work, would be advantageous but is not essential.
There is a strong flow of existing work, so a client following is not required, although it would be welcomed. The firm operates a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office, ideally more during the initial onboarding period. This role offers genuine long-term progression and the opportunity to become a key figure within the practice.
