The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Real Estate Solicitor to join this growing Real Estate team in Cardiff at Senior Associate level.
Working closely with an established client base, you will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, supporting high-value and often complex transactions.
You can expect to be involved in:
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Corporate support real estate work
- Real estate finance transactions
- Acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management
- Complex and time-sensitive commercial property transactions
- Business development activities to support team growth
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of technical legal work, client relationship management and business development.
Candidate Requirements
We are keen to hear from qualified Solicitors who can demonstrate:
- Strong commercial real estate experience gained within a respected law firm
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent technical knowledge across commercial property matters
- Strong client care and relationship-building skills
- A proactive attitude towards networking and business development
Candidates with experience advising a broad range of commercial clients and handling complex transactions will be particularly well suited to this opportunity.
