Senior Associate - Corporate Real Estate - Cardiff
Location: Cardiff (flexible & hybrid working available)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience)

A growing Real Estate team is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its Corporate Real Estate practice in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to support a longstanding client base while helping to expand the firm's real estate offering across Wales.

The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering high quality commercial property advice across a broad range of corporate real estate matters, including:

  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Corporate support on transactions
  • Real estate finance
  • Fast paced, time intensive transactional matters


You will run your own caseload independently, working across a wide breadth of transactions and sectors. A key part of the role involves building strong internal and external relationships, becoming a trusted "go to" adviser within the business, and engaging in focused business development to support the growth of the firm's Welsh real estate practice.

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • Excellent experience in real estate transactions
  • Confidence advising succinctly on difficult and complex matters
  • Strong organisational skills and project management capability
  • High levels of personal commitment, initiative and ambition
  • Evidence of delivering results and contributing to business development
  • Strong attention to detail balanced with a commercial approach
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, high performing team
