A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Agricultural Disputes Solicitor to join its highly regarded rural and agricultural practice.
You'll advise farmers, landowners, estates and rural businesses on a broad range of contentious matters, including agricultural tenancies, farming partnership disputes, proprietary estoppel claims, rights of way, boundary disputes and wider rural property issues.
This is an excellent opportunity to help grow a specialist agricultural disputes offering while working alongside recognised experts in the sector and collaborating with teams across Real Estate, Private Client, Planning and Energy.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years' PQE
- Strong experience in agricultural and rural disputes
- Excellent client management and business development skills
- A commercial and pragmatic approach
