Job Title: Restructuring Senior Associate (Contentious/Non-Contentious)- Top 100 City law firm
Salary: £95,000-£105,000
PQE Level: 6-9 PQE

Role:
Transactional, advisory, and contentious restructuring:
- Acting for IPs on the acquisition and disposal of companies and assets
- Financial and corporate restructuring including standstills
- Schemes of arrangement
- Special situations/distressed assets
- Contentious including acting for insolvency office holders including wrongful trading, CDDA applications, enforcement of security
- Advisory including contingency planning and debt advisory

Successful candidate:
- 6+ PQE, E&W qualified
- At least 6 years contentious and non-contentious restructuring experience gained within a UK law firm
