Job Title: Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (Contentious/Non-Contentious)- Mid Sized London law firm
Salary: £70,000-£80,000
PQE Level: 3-5 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Role:
Handling a mixture of contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency work.
- Advising directors
- ADR
- Insolvency litigation
- Restructuring including CVAs

Successful candidate:
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3-5 PQE
- 3-5 years UK restructuring and insolvency experience gained within a UK law firm
- Must have both contentious and non-contentious insolvency experience
