My client is a market-leading firm, ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers for a range of practice areas. They are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their established and highly regarded team on the South Coast, which possesses an enviable array of clients and some of the finest work in the region.
You will handle a varied caseload for private UK and international clients, covering freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new-build developments, secured lending, remortgages, transfers of equity and residential tenancy matters. The team also acts for a number of leading mortgage lenders, providing exposure to a broad range of interesting transactions.
This is an ideal opportunity for a junior to mid-level solicitor looking for a step up, with the chance to take greater ownership of matters. You will broaden your technical experience and develop client relationships and business development skills as you collaborate with industry-recognised partners.
