Residential Property Solicitor / Lawyer - Poole

Join a highly regarded, Legal 500-recognised regional law firm with a strong presence across the South of England. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join the firm's successful Residential Property team in Poole.

This role will suit a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys managing high-quality residential conveyancing matters while also playing an active role in client relationship management, business development and the continued growth of the team.

You will manage a varied caseload including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters
  • Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with referrers and introducers
  • Contributing to marketing, networking and business development initiatives


The team benefits from a strong pipeline of work generated through established relationships with estate agents, brokers, developers and repeat clients, providing a consistent flow of quality instructions.

Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with:

  • 4+ years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
  • Proven experience independently managing a full conveyancing caseload
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with referrers and professional contacts
  • Strong organisational and file management skills
  • The ability to balance quality, efficiency and client expectations
