Overview
Leading firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team in South Staffordshire. They are looking for a Solicitor / Associate with experience in residential property law.
Responsibilities
You will be involved in a wide range of work including:
- Sales and purchases
- Transfer of equity
- Mortgage and re-mortgage
- Purchase of freehold
- Gifts of property
- Declaration of trust
- Lease extensions
About you
- 2-4 years' residential property experience
- Proven ability to develop and maintain good client relationships
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
