Residential Property Lawyer 3 + PQE
Location: Exeter
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a highly regarded and growing Residential Property team within a leading UK law firm.
This award-winning team is recognised for handling a broad range of high-quality residential property matters, including high-value homes, country estates, complex transactions and premium residential property work across London, the South West and beyond.
You will manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to completion, providing an exceptional client experience throughout. Matters are likely to include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Buy-to-let transactions
- New build purchases, particularly within the retirement living sector
- First registrations
- Complex and high-value residential property work
Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
- Around 3+ years' PQE as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- A track record of meeting financial and performance targets
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
