Residential Property Lawyer - Torquay
Our client is a dynamic and successful Devon-based firm which has experienced exceptional growth over the past few years.
Due to continue growth, they have an opening for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join them in their Torquay office to bolster their thriving property team.
You'll manage a broad range of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New build and shared ownership transactions
- Residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
Candidate Requirements
- Solicitor, Legal Executive (FCILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge and client care skills
- Commercially minded with excellent communication abilities
