Residential Property Lawyer - Midsomer Norton or Keynsham
Our client is a well-established, multi-service law firm with a strong reputation across Somerset and the surrounding region. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their busy and successful Property team based in either Midsomer Norton or Keynsham.
This opportunity would suit a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with around 5+ years' experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. You will enjoy a varied caseload and the opportunity to play an active role in the continued development of the department.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer
- Ideally 5+ years' experience within residential property
- Strong experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Experience dealing with remortgages and Help to Buy transactions
- Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Commercial property experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach with an interest in contributing to the growth of the team
