Residential Property Lawyer - Exeter | Hybrid Working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Associate to join their well-established and highly respected Residential Property team in Exeter.

Working as part of a successful and growing team, you will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion.

Your caseload is likely to include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Buy-to-let transactions
  • New build purchases
  • First registrations
  • High-value and complex residential property matters
  • Transactions involving country homes, estates and bespoke property arrangements


Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from:

  • Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers
  • Ideally around 3+ years' PQE
  • Strong residential conveyancing experience with the ability to manage files independently
  • Experience handling transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience
