Residential Property Lawyer - Devon
Location: Devon
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (DOE)
A leading regional firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its busy and expanding Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded department with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service across Devon.
The Role
You'll manage your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re mortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Equity release transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the wider Property team
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who:
- Have experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
- Can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
- Are proactive, organised and commercially minded
- Enjoy business development and networking opportunities
