Residential Property Lawyer - Devon
Location: Devon
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (DOE)

A leading regional firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its busy and expanding Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded department with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service across Devon.

The Role
You'll manage your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Re mortgages
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Equity release transactions
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of the wider Property team


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who:

  • Have experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
  • Can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
  • Are proactive, organised and commercially minded
  • Enjoy business development and networking opportunities
