Residential Property Lawyer - Bristol
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (DOE)
This law firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its thriving and ambitious Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a high quality caseload within a supportive, forward thinking and well established firm offering genuine progression and modern working practices.
The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re mortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Equity release work
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the department
Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with 5+ years' PQE who:
- Have strong experience across residential conveyancing
- Can manage their own caseload confidently and independently
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
- Are organised, commercially minded and proactive
- Enjoy business development and building long term client relationships
- Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
