Residential Property Conveyancer - Bournemouth

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a busy and established Residential Property team.

You will take ownership of a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion, advising a diverse client base on a range of residential property transactions. The role offers significant autonomy and would suit an experienced conveyancer who enjoys managing matters independently while playing a key role within a supportive team.

Your work will include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • High-value and complex residential property transactions
  • Managing files from initial instruction through to completion and registration
  • Providing excellent client care throughout the transaction process
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Building and maintaining strong referrer and client relationships
  • Participating in networking, marketing and business development activities


Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced fee earners with substantial residential conveyancing expertise.

You will ideally have:

  • Around 10 years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
  • A strong track record of independently managing a busy caseload
  • Excellent technical knowledge across residential property matters
  • Experience handling more complex and high-value transactions
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues
