Residential Plot Sales Solicitor NQ- 3PQE - Cheltenham

An ambitious and growing commercial law firm is seeking a Junior Solicitor to join its established Plot Sales team in Gloucestershire. Working with some of the UK's leading housebuilders and developers, you'll gain hands-on experience across high-quality residential development matters while developing expertise in a fast-moving and rewarding sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing plot sale transactions from reservation through to completion
  • Supporting national and regional housebuilder clients on residential development projects
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and internal stakeholders
  • Drafting, reviewing and progressing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the transaction process


Candidate Requirements
We're keen to hear from qualified Solicitors with up to 3 years' post-qualification experience who are looking to establish themselves within a specialist property law practice.
You'll bring:

  • Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales
  • Up to 3 years' PQE
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Enthusiasm to develop expertise within residential development and plot sales work
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise effectively


Previous experience in plot sales or residential development work would be advantageous but is not essential.
