An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a growing and innovative specialist property firm based in Chester.

Working closely with experienced conveyancers, you will assist with a varied caseload of residential property matters including probate sales, transfers of equity, sales, purchases and divorce-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting conveyancers with residential property transactions
  • Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
  • Assisting with file progression from instruction through to completion
  • Managing post-completion matters
  • Maintaining case management systems and records

About You

  • At least 2 years' conveyancing experience
  • Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team-focused and proactive approach
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, volume environment

Candidates from a residential sales progression or estate agency sales background will also be considered.

The firm actively supports career development and would welcome candidates interested in progressing through CILEX qualifications in the future.

The role is primarily based in Chester, with hybrid working available following the initial onboarding period.
