Residential Conveyancer (Senior)

£50,000 - £60,000+ DOE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded high street practice in Knaphill.
This role is ideally suited to a confident and experienced conveyancer who is comfortable managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision. The firm has a strong local reputation and handles a steady flow of quality residential property work across Surrey and the surrounding areas.
You will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Leasehold sales and purchases
- Co-ownership matters
- General residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
The successful candidate will benefit from excellent administrative support, allowing them to focus on delivering a high-quality service to clients and progressing matters efficiently.
Candidates should be able to run a full caseload independently, demonstrate strong technical knowledge and possess excellent client care skills. The firm is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and become a key member of the team.
