Residential Conveyancer (3+ PQE) - Cheltenham
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and growing Residential Property team in Cheltenham at a highly regarded regional law firm with a strong reputation across the South West.
You'll manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing a seamless and high-quality service to clients while building strong relationships with agents, lenders and referrers.
Typical matters will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- First-time buyer transactions
- Buy-to-let and investment purchases
- robate-related property sales
- Help-to-Buy transactions
- Property matters arising from divorce or separation
Candidate Requirements
We're keen to hear from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with around 3+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach to file management
- The ability to build trusted relationships with clients and introducers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service
