Residential Conveyancer - Newport
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and growing Property team.
With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses across South Wales, the firm is known for its approachable culture, loyal client base and commitment to providing excellent client care.
This role offers the opportunity to handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- General residential property advice
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from inception to post completion
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills
- Organised and proactive approach to managing files
- Commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience
