Known for its collaborative culture, quality work and experienced leadership team, the firm offers an excellent platform for lawyers looking to further their careers within a thriving real estate practice.
The team acts for a diverse client base, including investors, developers, lenders, healthcare providers, retail and leisure businesses, and corporate occupiers. The role will involve a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, asset management and a healthy stream of real estate finance transactions. You will advise on secured lending, refinancing arrangements and the property aspects of wider corporate transactions, working closely with both borrowers and lenders.
