A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join its L500 real estate team. Working within a well-established practice, you will advise a broad client base including businesses, developers, investors and occupiers on a wide range of commercial property matters.
The role will involve landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, development projects, portfolio management, options, promotion agreements and overage matters, alongside supporting corporate transactions with a property element. You will have exposure to high-quality work, opportunities to mentor junior colleagues, and the chance to play an active role in business development.
This opportunity would suit a commercially minded solicitor with strong technical ability, excellent client relationship skills, and ambitions for long-term career progression within a collaborative and supportive environment.
