Real Estate Solicitor / Associate (NQ-4 PQE) - Bristol
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)

A highly regarded and expanding Real Estate team is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Solicitor or Associate (NQ-4 PQE) to join its Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a Band 1 ranked team, advising a diverse and high profile client base across key real estate sectors.

The Role
You'll be responsible for advising on a broad range of real estate matters, including:

  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Retail leasing
  • Property acquisitions for pension schemes (SIPP/SSAS)
  • Investment, development and real estate finance matters
  • Energy, infrastructure and commercial development transactions


Working closely with partners and senior specialists, you will manage high quality matters, build strong client relationships and take on meaningful responsibility early in your career. You will have direct access to experienced lawyers, excellent mentoring and genuine opportunities for progression within a successful and growing practice.

You will also be encouraged to participate in business development activities, helping to strengthen existing relationships, develop new opportunities and support the continued growth of the Real Estate team.

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Associate with:

  • NQ-4 years' PQE in real estate
  • Experience gained at a national, regional or City firm
  • Exposure to retail property or SIPP/SSAS transactions (advantageous)
  • Strong technical, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
  • A commercial approach and keen eye for detail
  • Genuine interest in the real estate sector and market developments
  • Ambition, self motivation and enthusiasm for career development
