My client is a highly established South Coast law firm, who is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the addition of an ambitious junior lawyer.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property work, including acquisitions, refinancing transactions, drafting and negotiating leases and more. You will advise and take ownership of clients, prepare a variety of legal documentation, and support senior colleagues on more complex transactions. Maintaining strong client relationships and keeping updated with developments in commercial property law will form an important part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
