PQE Level: 5+

Our client is a fast growing Top 100 City law firm with a strong commercial real estate and real estate finance offering.
Role:
Split of real estate finance and commercial property work.
- Real estate finance including advising lenders and borrowers, bridging loans, development loans, recovery & enforcement, specialist secured lending including private banks
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Commercial L&T
- Asset management and ongoing portfolio work

Successful candidate:
- 5+ PQE England & Wales
- Must have commercial property experience gained within a UK law firm
- Must also have real estate finance experience gained within a UK law firm
