Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate - Bristol
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded national law firm from its modern central Bristol office.
This award-winning, Legal 500-ranked firm is recognised as one of the UK's leading commercial law firms, with a strong reputation across the real estate sector and an extensive national client base. The Bristol team is continuing to grow and offers a fantastic platform for ambitious lawyers looking to work on high-quality development and investment matters.
Working closely with a leading Real Estate Partner, you will advise developers, investors, occupiers and public sector clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions. The role has a particular focus on industrial and logistics development and investment work, alongside wider commercial development, landlord and tenant matters and asset management projects.
This is a hands-on opportunity offering excellent client exposure, responsibility from the outset and involvement in complex, high-value transactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-5 years' PQE in Commercial Real Estate
- Strong technical grounding gained within a respected real estate practice
- Experience handling acquisitions, disposals, development and landlord & tenant matters
- Interest in industrial and logistics development and investment work
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Keen to contribute to the continued growth of a successful Bristol practice
