Role:
Broad range of insurance property related disputes including:
- TPPD
- Policy coverage
- Product liability
- Subrogated recoveries

- 3+ PQE, England & Wales Qualified
- Currently specialising in property damage within a well-known UK law firm
- Must have TTD, Product Liability, Subrogated recoveries, and policy coverage experience
