Job Title: Private Funds Associate- Fast growing team- Mid Sized City law firm
Salary: £98,000- £110,000
PQE Level: 2-5 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Our client is a strong mid- market City law firm which is expanding and investing for the long term and is known for having one of the most supportive and collaborative cultures in the City.
Role:
Strong European funds practice, funds tax and regulatory expertise and lower cost point than their US competitors.
- Fund formation, Secondaries, Co-investments including co-written transactions
- Secondaries, carried interest arrangements, fund restructurings, continuation funds, liquidity events
Key attractions include:
- Small and fast-growing team ( directly working with the partner leading the team)
- Exciting growth plans and the fast-track progression this brings ( the team will need additional future partners)
- Excellent work/life balance- very low chargeable hour target

Successful candidate:
- 2-5 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales or commonwealth
- 2-5 years private funds experience gained within a law firm
