Job Title: Private Equity Tax Senior Associate - Mid- Market City law firm
Salary: £115,000-£125,000
PQE Level: 8+

Role:
The team has a strong private equity tax practice, and you work will include:
- Advising on PE structuring including acquisitions and disposals
- Reorganisations
- Exit planning
- Financing
- Formation of funds

Successful candidate:
