Salary: £180,000-£250,000
PQE Level: 5+

- Advising on minority investments into high profile companies including several within the sports and media sectors
- JVs
- Various acquisitions of household names
- Strategic investments
- Trade sales and exits
- Ongoing portfolio work

Successful candidate:
- 4-6 PQE, England & Wales qualified
- UK private equity experience gained within a Magic Circle, US, or Silver Circle law firm
