Overview
Leading firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team in South Staffordshire. They are looking for an NQ or a Solicitor / Associate with experience in private client law.
Responsibilities
You will be involved in a wide range of work including:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Probate and administration of estates, including post-death inheritance tax planning
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Court of protection work
About you
- Broad private client, including estate planning and administration experience
- Proven ability to develop and maintain good client relationships
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
