Location: Surrey
Salary: £55,000-£75,000+ DOE
PQE Level: 3+ PQE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a progressive, quality firm with a strong reputation across Surrey and the wider South East. Working alongside an experienced and highly regarded team, you will handle a broad range of high-value and technically challenging private client matters while playing a key role in the department's continued growth.
This position will suit a solicitor with 3+ years' PQE through to a very senior practitioner seeking autonomy, genuine career progression and the opportunity to influence the future direction of a successful Private Client team.
You will advise high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and business owners on matters including estate planning, trusts, inheritance tax planning, complex probate, Court of Protection and wealth preservation strategies. The role also offers the opportunity to develop professional referrer relationships, supervise junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
With a strong flow of quality instructions, modern working practices and a clear progression pathway, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to establish themselves as a key figure within a growing department.
