Fantastic opportunity for a private client solicitor to join this leading South East law firm who are recognised across a number of practice areas by Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. Their private client team is outstanding and you will work under individuals noted in legal directories.
Responsibilities
You will manage your own caseload and assist on more complex matters including:
- Wills
- Probate
- Estate planning
- Trusts
- Power of attorney
- Tax planning
- Charitable giving advice
- Personal affairs management
You will also actively engage in marketing and business development to contribute to the growth of the private client practice.
