Overview
A new opportunity exists for a Private Client Solicitor to join this well-established national firm.
Joining a team of high experienced lawyers, you will be based in Birmingham and work alongside the Head of Department, assisting on high value cases and managing your own caseload.
Responsibilities
- Managing new enquiries
- Drafting Wills
- Dealing with Inheritance tax and estate planning
- Setting up Trusts
- Dealing with Probate and estate administration
- Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney
About you
- Qualified Private Client Solicitor
- Able to manage a caseload, assist with complex cases and supervise juniors within the team
- Providing clear and empathetic advice to clients during sensitive times
- Excellent people skills and able to build a good rapport with vulnerable clients and third parties
- Experience in contentious Probate matters an advantage but not essential
