Private Client Lawyer (1-4 PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer to join a highly regarded Private Client team recognised as one of the leading practices in Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

This role would suit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with between 1 and 4 years' PQE who is looking to develop their career within a well-established and supportive team.

You will advise clients across a broad range of private client matters, including:

  • Wills
  • Trusts
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Estate planning and post-death inheritance tax planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Disputed wills and estates

The successful candidate will have broad private client experience, particularly in estate planning and estate administration, and will be confident managing their own caseload while delivering a high level of client care.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships are essential. You should be commercially aware, organised and keen to contribute to the continued success and growth of a highly respected team.
