Private Client Fee Earner - North Devon
Location: North Devon
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000
A well established regional practice is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied caseload and deliver high quality client service across the full spectrum of private client matters.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of private client work, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and lifetime planning
- Elderly client matters
- Inheritance Tax advice
- General private client support and client care
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure clients receive clear, compassionate and efficient advice, maintaining strong relationships across the local community.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a motivated private client lawyer or experienced fee earner with:
- Strong experience handling a broad private client caseload
- Excellent client care skills and a sensitive, professional approach
- Ability to work independently and manage files confidently
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A friendly, collaborative working style
