Personal Injury Lawyer - Dorset
An established, multi-office regional law firm with a strong presence across Dorset and the South Coast is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its successful claimant team. The firm has built an excellent local reputation, serving individuals, families and businesses through a network of offices and a broad range of legal services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied caseload of claimant matters, including:
- Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims
- Employer's and Public Liability claims
- Serious injury cases
- Fast-track and Multi-track litigation
- Litigated and non-litigated matters
- Clinical Negligence cases
You will manage files from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, delivering outstanding client service while working closely with medical experts, counsel and other professionals.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Ideally 2-5 years' PQE within Personal Injury
- Experience managing your own claimant caseload
- Strong drafting, negotiation and case management skills
- Commercial awareness and excellent client care skills
Experience of Clinical Negligence work would be advantageous but is not essential.
